Welcome

Founded in 1986, the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA) has become an important international educational forum in the field of transnational arbitration, counting among its members and contributors today many of the leading arbitrators and arbitration counsel in the world.

Through our annual international arbitration workshops and conferences, our Advisory Board which meets annually during the June Workshop in Dallas, our quarterly publication News and Notes (with its regularly updated Scoreboard of Adherence to Transnational Arbitration Treaties), our DVD Library developed through the work of our Academic Council, our co-sponsorship of KluwerArbitration.com through the work of our Board of Reporters and our newest publication World Arbitration Mediation Review (a law journal edited by our Board of Reporters), the ITA is making a significant contribution to the international arbitration legal community.

Membership in the Institute for Transnational Arbitration is available to individuals, law firms, corporations and other organizations. Please join us.
